February 1, Imbolc, marks a subtle turning point of the year, when energy begins to stir beneath the surface.

This 90-minute session honours that threshold, not rushing into action, but listening for what is ready to emerge.

Through grounding practices, somatic inquiry and invitational movement, you are invited to put down what feels heavy, create space for clarity and nurture the first sparks of intention for the season ahead.

The movement element of the practice will guide you into your Yoga Nidra nest, a place on the earth where your body can be held and allowed to truly rest.

This is not about fixing or pushing forward. It’s about creating the conditions for steadiness, warmth and quiet confidence to return. At your own pace, in your own way.

Treating food as a nourishment led ritual, we will sit together to enjoy a restorative meal, prepared slowly, consciously & with care. Using seasonal whole ingredients chosen to support grounding and digestion, restoring energy and inviting a genuine sense of ease and furthered connection.
