intimate, heart-led + crafted with care

A space to come home to yourself.

A space to be held.

A space to GROUND.

GROUND is a community-led gathering series rooted in embodiment, ritual and nourishment

Created for people seeking depth, rest and meaningful connection without leaving the city.

It is an invitation into slower time.
A held container.
A place to arrive back in the body, together.

Intentionally SIMPLE + HUMAN

A response to:

Increasing loneliness and disconnection

Chronic distraction

Burnout and over-stimulation

A lack of accessible, city-based spaces for real rest and ritual

With the intention of creating:

Spaces that slow people down

Containers that support emotional and embodied wellbeing

Community experiences rooted in care, food, and presence

FLOW

FLOW

  • As we welcome you into the space, you’ll be invited to sit in circle with us, where we will take some breaths together, soften in to our bodies and check in with ourselves to ground and be present.

  • now that we are present in the space together, we will drink some cacao or tea made intentionally for the guided practice. This integrates mind, body, and spirit through ritual, focusing on mindfulness, presence, and connection.

  • we will then be guided into our session by our facilitator, bringing a beautiful grounding practice, in a well-held space that prioritises nervous system safety, consent, and relational depth.

  • After our practice, we invite you to take 15 minutes of silence, to use for reflection, journalling, fresh air, bathroom breaks..!

  • Together we will break silence and break bread, you’re open to share any reflections and connect with one another over a grounding, seasonal, ancestry-honouring, decadent yet thoughtful meal

  • We will gather once more in circle to close our container, give you guidance on post-session integration and invite you to share your reflections, should you wish to.

Nourishing, seasonal + resorative food

Built around warmth, digestibility + pleasure.

Each sessions meal is curated for the practice and facilitators goals in mind.

Treating food as part of the practice, to support integration, presence, and connection.
